Network Assist - Wireless / Wired

Overview

This service provides assistance connecting to the University's wireless and wired network and reporting connection issues.  

  • For more information about wireless, like how to connect, please refer to the Knowledge Base articles  to the right under Related Articles that may be able to assist you
  • Click Report Wireless Issue to report your issue to the ITS Help Desk. 
    • The form will ask you to provide information about the issue you are experiencing, including location where the issue is occurring
