Wireless Network Assistance

Overview

This service provides assistance connecting to the University's wireless network and reporting connection issues.  

  • For more information about wireless, like how to connect, please refer to the Knowledge Base articles to the right under "Related Articles."
  • Click "Report Wireless Issue" to report your issue to the NCS Help Desk. 
    • The form will ask you to provide information about the issue you are experiencing.
    • Please include as much information as possible.
