Residence Hall Network

Overview

This service provides assistance connecting to the Residence Hall wireless and wired network and reporting connection issues.  

Listed below are what devices should connect to BHSU-Secure and which should connect to BHSU-Guest

  • For more information about wireless, like how to connect, please refer to the Knowledge Base articles to the right under "Related Articles"
  • Click "Report Wireless Issue" to report your issue to the NCS Help Desk. 
    • The form will ask you to provide information about the issue you are experiencing
    • Please include as much information as possible (example: Unable to connect Xbox to BHSU-Guest in Thomas Hall, room 101)
  • To request Ethernet port activation, select "Request Activation" from the top right of the service options

Please note that personal routers are not allowed on campus. A wall port will be disabled if a personal router is detected.
