What is my BHSU email?
I forgot my BHSU email.
What is my Username?

Cause
New or Returning Student, Staff, or Faculty member who do not know their current username/email
Resolution
At BHSU, you will have one main account. This one email address (firstname.lastname@yellowjackets.bhsu.edu) and a password will log you into nearly everything BHSU. Mainly your email, SNAP, and D2L. Your BHSU email will typically take the following format:
If someone already attending BHSU has the same name as you, your email address will include your middle intial (FirstName.M.LastName).

- Head to account.BHSU.edu and click on "Forgotten User Name"
2. The next screen will prompt you for your Last Name and Date of Birth. Please make sure you enter your birth date in the correct format MMDDYYYY (no slashes or hyphens) and then click on "Search"
3. After clicking on "Search" you'll meet a screen saying your alternative/personal email address has recieved a message containing your BHSU username.
If you encounter any error instead; Please take a screenshot and fill out the Account Assistance Form.
4. Check your alternative/personal email address for an email from BHSU. If you do not recieve an email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder. If it does not show up there. Please fill out the Account Assistance Form and submit it.
