Classroom Technology Assistance

Overview

Black Hills State University Faculty, Staff, Students, and Guests may request Assistance with Classroom Technology if any issues arise. When requesting assistance please make sure to specify the type of assistance that is required, along with the target resolution date. Please note that response times may vary and can take up to a few business days based on our work load. 

If the issue you're experiencing is common, we may already have a support article that addresses it. Please review the list below to see if a solution is already available.
