Software Purchase Request

Submitting this form will start the process to request software to be purchased for your BHSU-owned devices. Once submitted, Network and Computer Services (NCS) will review your software to ensure that it meets South Dakota's Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and is able to be purchased by Black Hills State University. This form should be submitted for any new software and includes software that is web-based, cloud-based, SaaS (software as a service), a mobile app, or a subsciption. 

The process for purchasing new software can take time as IT needs to ensure the Terms and Conditions are acceptable and may need to be modified with the vendor. Please allow several weeks if T&Cs need to be neogotiated.
