Black Hills State University Faculty, Staff, Students, and Guests may request Assistance with Media & Conference Room technology if any issues arise. When requesting assistance please make sure to specify the type of assistance that is required, along with a target resolution date. Please note that response times may vary and can take up to a few business days based on our work load.

If you need assistance with arranging tables and chairs, cleaning, and/or other related tasks, please fill out the Work Request form through Facilities Services.
