Hardware Assistance

The BHSU Help Desk provides support for purchasing, installation, and troubleshooting of supported hardware. To ensure consistency of support, Network Computer Services (NCS) will not provide support for hardware that is not owned by BHSU.

  • Laptop not charging 
  • Web Cam not working with Zoom
