Black Hills State University Faculty, Staff, Students, and Guests may request Assistance with connecting to the Internet if any issues arise. When requesting assistance please make sure to specify the type of assistance that is required, along with the type of device you are using. Please note that response times can vary and may take up to a few business days based on our work load.
