Cause

New or existing Faculty would like to learn more about designing and implementing online course work. 

Resolution

The Instructional Design office Supports, Enables and Equips the New, Adjunct, and Experienced BHSU Faculty in the use of educational technology as you design and develop quality enhanced active learning face-to-face, hybrid and user-friendly online courses. The goal is to work with you throughout the ongoing enhancement and constant improvement of course design and development using the pedagogy of teaching and in the best and effective use of educational technology.

Our office works with you to develop measurable learning objectives that will pave the way to design a course and provide guidance in the alignment of the learning objectives with the course materials, learning activities, and assessments. We offer guidance and feedback in the quality assurance process of your courses. We will work with you one-on-one and also provide faculty development training through regularly scheduled seminars.
