How do I schedule a zoom meeting in Outlook?

- Open Outlook
- Most university devices have the Zoom plug-in. If you do not, download the plug-in from the software center.
- Navigate to your calendar and select the New Appointment button. Add a Title, Start time, End time and any other necessary information. Then click Schedule a Meeting.
- A Zoom pop-up window will open. Select all your Zoom settings and click Save.
- Your zoom meeting invite will populate in the event details area of the calendar appointment.
- Click the Invite Attendees button. Add the people you are inviting your meeting.
- Click Send.
