Setting up Direct Deposit or Update Address for Refund

How can I setup Direct Deposit?

How do I update/enter my address for my refund?

Cause

Direct Deposit is the preferred method for student refunds.

Resolution

1. Log into myBHSU portal
2. Click SDePay Self-Service
   1. Changing your bank information for a direct deposit refund
      1. Log into myBHSU portal
      2. Go to “Banner Self Service” tab 
      3. Click on “Student SNAP”  
      4. Scroll down to "My Student Account Information." 
         1. Click on the "Direct Deposit Allocations" link​​​​​​​
         2. Select your current bank information
            1. Click Delete
            2. Click Add New to update your information
            3. Update your bank information
   2. Changing a physical address
      1. Under Student tab, select Personal Information
      2. Edit your permanent address
