Environment

Resolution

On your Cisco phone, call the voicemail by either pressing the messaging button or calling extension 1200.

Use these keys at any time:
* Cancel
# Back-up

 

First time logging into voicemail:

  1.  Press the message button or dial 1200
  2.  Enter your pin, followed by # 
  3.  Follow the system instructions to:
    • Record your name
    • Set up a new PIN
    • Record your greeting
  4. Wait until you hear "You have finished enrollment" before hanging up

 

Check your voicemails from your phone:

  1. Press the message button or dial 1200
  2. Enter your pin, followed by #
  3. Press 1 to hear new messages, or press 3 to review old messages

 

How to delete all old messages:

  1. Press the message button or dial 1200
  2. Enter your pin, followed by #
  3. Press 3 to review old messages
  4. Press 2 to review deleted messages
  5. Press 2 to erase old messages
  6. Press 1 to confirm
  7. Press 1 to delete all voice messages, or press 2 to erase all messages

 

Restore deleted voicemail:

  1. Press the message button or dial 1200
  2. Enter your pin, followed by #
  3. Review old messages press 3
  4. Review deleted messages press 2
  5. Review deleted messages press 1
  6. Restore as saved, press 2

 

Find caller's return number:

  1. Press the message button or dial 1200
  2. Enter your pin, followed by #
  3. Press 3 to review old messages
  4. After listening to the message that you need the caller's return number for, press 9 for more details
