Resolution
On your Cisco phone, call the voicemail by either pressing the messaging button or calling extension 1200.
Use these keys at any time:
* Cancel
# Back-up
First time logging into voicemail:
- Press the message button or dial 1200
- Enter your pin, followed by #
- Follow the system instructions to:
- Record your name
- Set up a new PIN
- Record your greeting
- Wait until you hear "You have finished enrollment" before hanging up
Check your voicemails from your phone:
- Press the message button or dial 1200
- Enter your pin, followed by #
- Press 1 to hear new messages, or press 3 to review old messages
How to delete all old messages:
- Press the message button or dial 1200
- Enter your pin, followed by #
- Press 3 to review old messages
- Press 2 to review deleted messages
- Press 2 to erase old messages
- Press 1 to confirm
- Press 1 to delete all voice messages, or press 2 to erase all messages
Restore deleted voicemail:
- Press the message button or dial 1200
- Enter your pin, followed by #
- Review old messages press 3
- Review deleted messages press 2
- Review deleted messages press 1
- Restore as saved, press 2
Find caller's return number:
- Press the message button or dial 1200
- Enter your pin, followed by #
- Press 3 to review old messages
- After listening to the message that you need the caller's return number for, press 9 for more details
