• Emailing sharing
• Malicious web user

Resolution

1. Select the potentially malicious email
2. Select the three horizontal dots located at the end of the task ribbon 
3. Select "Phish Alert"
4. NCS Security Team will be notified

Here are some signs of a phishing email.

1. An Unfamiliar Tone or Greeting
2. Grammar and Spelling Errors
3. Inconsistencies in Email Addresses, Links & Domain Names
4. Threats or a Sense of Urgency
5. Suspicious Attachments
6. Unusual Request
7. Short and Sweet Messages
8. Recipient Did Not Initiate the Conversation
9. Request for Credentials, Payment Information or Other Personal Details
