** Please have a valid form of photo ID ready at check-in.
You will receive your residence hall keys and an information packet from BHSU staff at this location. After picking up your keys, you should make your way to your assigned residence hall and start unloading and unpacking. Maps to each location are attached to this article. West Complex Consists of Bordeaux Hall, Heidepriem Hall, and Thomas Hall. East Complex consists of Humbert Hall and Wenona Cook Hall. The Yellow Jacket Apartments have their own set of directions.
Residence Hall Floor Meetings will start at 8:00 pm; these are mandatory, and attendance is required. Not only is it an opportunity for you to meet those you will be sharing space with. This meeting also provides you with essential information for the weekend and the rest of the year. Green and Gold Days events are happening that evening and for the remainder of the weekend.
Early Move-in starts on August 16, 2026. If you would like to request Early Arrival, please complete the Early Arrival Request Form at least 10 days before your arrival. You will be asked what day you plan to arrive, and to pick a time slot - Between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm or 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Times outside those slots must be approved by a Residence Life staff member; please contact Residence Life (contact info below). There is no additional charge for moving in on or after August 16, 2026. There is a $20/night charge for those moving in before August 16, 2026.
