How do I order official/branded BHSU magnetic name badges and/or desk name plates?
Resolution
Marketing has provided the approved vendor, Sand Scripts LLC, with our BHSU branded templates for both magnetic name badges and desk name plates.
To place an order, email Timothy Hamilton (tim@sandscriptsusa.com) with the number of name badges and/or desk plates to be ordered.
Request a quote for the current pricing of the products and the shipping cost.
Once the quote is received, enter a requisition.
For the name badges, include a list of exactly what text should be on each badge. Name, Title, Department
There’s not much space on a name badge so keep the text minimal for best spacing and legibility.
For desk plates, include a list of exactly what text should be on each plate. Name, Title
Once they receive the purchase order, Sand Scripts will use our BHSU templates to produce the name badge(s) and/or desk plate(s).
To be consistent with BHSU branding, these items are only available in gold.
