How do I resolve Zoom Error Code 2216

Environment

• Zoom Plugin through D2L 

Cause

Zoom Plugin mistakenly identifies your Zoom account being linked to other accounts that you may be using.

Resolution

This error typically occurs when you are trying to access Zoom through it's D2L Plugin. 

To resolve the Error please follow the steps below:

1. To start; you will want to make sure you completely sign out of Zoom on the Device experiencing the error.
   • This includes signing out of both the application and the browser if necessary.  
      
2.  Once Completely logged out, Go to BHSU.zoom.us and click on Sign In
   • If prompted too; select to sign in with SSO

3. ​​​​​​​Use your BHSU credentials to sign in.
    
4. Once signed in, Return to D2L and try to access Zoom again.
