Issue/Question 

You need to request a payroll correction (PHAREDS) on a prior pay period for one of your grant-funded personnel.

Cause 

You have discovered an error in a prior pay period for one of the personnel receiving pay from your grant-funded project.

Resolution  

1. Download a copy of the PHAREDS Request Form.
2. Complete the form.
3. Email it to Karen Williamson, Senior Grants Accountant, at Karen.Williamson@bhsu.edu.
