For further assistance please call us at 605-642-6099, email Jennifer.Lucero@bhsu.edu OR schedule an appointment directly with the Disability Coordinator.
New students can complete the form at this link: https://bhsu-accommodate.symplicity.com/public_accommodation/ with the BHSU Office of Disability Services. Once the form is processed you will receive a request to schedule an initial intake meeting. Returning students can make an appointment in JacketAccommodate, call, or email. To renew their current semester accommodation paperwork please submit a Semester Request within JacketAccommodate or contact the Office of Disability Services at (605)642-6099.
Please note: Some Summer Terms start right after Spring graduation and move very quickly due to their short time frame. Make sure to contact the Office of Disability Services at or before the start of your classes for accommodations.
