Setting Up an Authorized User

Students must set up an Authorized Payer before a parent or authorized payer is able to view and pay a bill.

Cause

Students can authorize parents, guardians, etc. to view and pay student charges online

Resolution

1. Access SDePay
2. Click Authorize Payers
3. Follow on-screen prompts
4. More instructions are also available SDepay Process
5. If the account is no longer authorized
   1. Add the authorized payer using a different user name
