Issue/Question
How do I turn off the automatic Microsoft Teams meeting links that are created when I send new meeting requests in Outlook.
Environment
Cause
- The default setting in Outlook is to include Teams Links with all meetings that are created
Resolution
- Open your Outlook application
- Click on "File" in the upper left
- Select "Options" in the bottom left corner
- On the box that opens, click on the "Calendar" tab
- Click on "Add Meeting Provider"

- A small box will open, uncheck "Add online meeting to all meetings"

- Click on "OK" to save the setting and any meetings you now schedule will not include an online meeting link automatically
