Resolution
To Answer a Call:
- Lift handset or press speakerphone
To Place a Call:
- Lift handset or press the Speakerphone button
- For on campus, dial the 4 digit extension
- For off campus:
- Local call: dial 9 + extension
- Long distance call: dial 9-1 + extension
To Transfer a Call:
- From an active call, press the Transfer key
- 7900 series: Transf soft key
- 8800 series: Transfer button
- Dial the recipient’s extension
- Press the Transfer key again
To Set Up Mailbox:
- Press the Voice Mail button
- 7900 series: Messages button
- 8800 series: Voice mail
- Enter the Default PIN (147258) followed by #
- Follow the voice prompts to record Name and Greeting
- Type in your personal pin number
To Access Voice Mail:
- Dial 1200 or press the Voice Mail button:
- 7900 series: Messages button
- 8800 series: Voice mail
- Enter your PIN, followed by #
To Access Your Mailbox Remotely:
- Dial your Direct Dial number (ex. 605-642-5555)
- When the greeting starts, press *
- Enter your ID (Extension number) followed by #
- Enter your PIN, followed by #
